School-Based Nursery Network Session - Next session Thurs 10th July
Following the fantastic start to our network for new or expanding school-based nurseries in West & South Yorkshire, we're thrilled to invite you to our second online session!
As you prepare for the September 2025 funded hours rollout, building strong, genuine partnerships with families is more crucial than ever – yet often comes with its own challenges.
Our focus for this session is 'Engaging Families'. Join us to:
- Meet and connect with other professionals navigating this exciting journey.
- Share your ideas, inspirations, worries, and challenges in a supportive environment.
- Discover how we build respectful partnerships at St Edmund's, including strategies to overcome language barriers, reluctance to engage, and lack of confidence (both for families and staff!).
- Learn practical tips to ensure your nursery is easier to reach and welcoming to all families, even those with limited time.
This session is an opportunity to gain practical insights and contribute to a network shaped by your needs.
"...As Executive Headteacher of two outstanding nursery schools in Bradford, with 25 years of experience working in nurseries in schools, I'll share some of the essential elements for providing the very best early education and care for our youngest children. I'll also share my go-to websites and resources that will support and inspire outstanding nursery practice!" - Sian Hudson, Network Leader
