Overview:
Our vision at Northern Lights Early Years Stronger Practice Hub is to support early years settings to improve outcomes for children in our local area across the EYFS.
Our SHP will provide a ‘buzz’ of regular activity within the sector as we work in collaboration with workforce through establishing local networks to share knowledge and effective practice, share information and advice on evidence-based approaches, be the point of contact for bespoke advice, and signposting to other funded support.
We will work closely with our partners to provide high quality professional development led by Early Years and SEND specialists, that is based upon local intelligence and is responsive to the needs of the communities we serve.
We will proactively share best practice examples of evidenced informed practice which will support practitioners to make a difference to the lives of our young, vulnerable and disadvantaged children.
