Join Dr Elizabeth Wood as she presents selected findings from a research project that focused on leadership for quality improvement, drawing on the perspectives of ECE leaders in England and Australia.
The aims of the webinar are to
· Understand the roles and responsibilities of designated leaders from the
· perspective of policy.
· Explore how leaders understand their roles, and the practices they use to
· work with their teams, with children and families.
· Understand the significance of policy literacy.
· Appreciate the moral and ethical commitments expressed by the leaders in our study.
