What are Stronger Practice Advisers? HERE
Who are they?
Our Stronger Practice Advisers are experienced professionals with a wealth of experience from a variety of settings. They currently work in their listed setting and provide valuable support to settings as part of their role at our Hub.
They provide fully funded, holistic support to settings on areas such as evidence informed practice, targeted support, they can plan and deliver support with you, provide specialist advice, provide action plans alongside you and signpost to other fully-funded support.
Criteria:
We prioritise (but we are not limited to) supporting those settings with Ofsted inspections below 'Expected' and/or settings with higher levels of SEND and Pupil Premium.
