Flourishing Together is West London’s Early Years Stronger Practice Hub supporting early years settings, practitioners and childminders locally.
Our vision is to build a strong, evidence-informed culture of high-quality practice, helping all children access richer learning experiences that narrow gaps and support better life outcomes.
We believe some of the best solutions already exist within the early years sector. Practitioners bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to their work, and we can learn so much from one another.
Whether you're a childminder, nursery practitioner, Reception teacher or setting leader, we're here to help you build on your existing practice, explore new ideas and connect with others.
By sharing what works, making research more accessible and creating opportunities to learn together, we want to help make evidence-informed practice part of everyday life in early years settings.
