Our Early Years Learning Leads offer tailored, practical support to early years settings, helping practitioners strengthen their knowledge, confidence and practice in supporting children’s development.
Learning Leads can visit your setting to work alongside your team, offering guidance, sharing evidence-informed strategies and identifying approaches that meet the needs of your children and setting.
Support is available across early language and communication, early maths, and personal, social and emotional development (PSED).
Whether you would like to develop practice in one specific area or explore a combination of these, our Learning Leads will work with you to identify priorities and provide bespoke support to help improve outcomes for children.
This support is fully funded and designed around the needs of your setting, giving your team the opportunity to reflect, develop and build confidence in their everyday practice.
