Group setting support from an Early Years Stronger Practice Adviser

The Early Years Stronger Practice Adviser (EYSPA) Programme provides targeted, expert support to eligible early years settings seeking to strengthen leadership, improve practice, and enhance outcomes for children. Delivered through Early Years Stronger Practice Hubs, the programme offers coaching and practical guidance from experienced early years leaders with a proven track record of improving provision. Support is particularly aimed at settings that have received lower Ofsted grades or those serving children eligible for Early Years Pupil Premium, the Early Learning for 2-Year-Olds Offer, or children with SEND. Successful applicants will receive tailored support over a school term to help address identified areas for development and build sustainable improvements across their setting.
