The Early Years Stronger Practice Adviser (EYSPA) Programme is designed to support childminders and early years settings in strengthening practice, leadership, and outcomes for children. Through tailored coaching and guidance from experienced early years professionals, participating settings will have the opportunity to reflect on their current provision, identify areas for development, and access practical support to drive improvement. This expression of interest survey aims to identify settings that may benefit from and be interested in receiving targeted support through the programme. Information provided will help determine eligibility and inform the allocation of support to those settings most in need.
We will be sharing the application forms for support with the local authority to ensure that we maximise the support that we are able to offer through this programme.
