This EDI network will allow Early Years professionals to come together in a safe space and reflect on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
The three sessions will explore our individual values and influences and how these inform our professional selves. We will learn to know and understand the identities of unique children, their families, and our communities and how we can use our knowledge to change practice in our settings.

Session 3: Making a difference – Vision, values, and ethos of your setting.
