Our SENCo staffrooms are informal half-termly meetings to discuss practice, share ideas and provide support to early years staff in schools, settings and home-based provision.
Where possible, we'll find guest contributors, but the content of the meetings is very much driven by the group. There is also a SENCo WhatsApp group for day-to-day support.
Dates for 2026/2027 are:
1 December 2026 at 6.30pm - Share experiences of applying for EHCPs: The process of collecting evidence and applying can feel overwhelming, so our discussion session will guide you through the process step-by-step and look at successful applications. This is a supportive, pressure-free space where you can ask questions, understand what evidence is needed, and find out who you need to work with to put together a good application.
