Our Early Years Learning Leads (EYLLs) provide free, bespoke support to help early years practitioners strengthen practice in:

Support is tailored to the needs of your setting and may include observation and modelling, professional discussion, coaching, practical strategies and action planning.
Your EYLL will work alongside you to identify what’s working well, explore areas you’d like to strengthen and agree realistic next steps for practice.
EYLL Bespoke Support
The Early Years Learning Lead (EYLL) Programme offers free, bespoke support to help early years practitioners strengthen practice in Communication and Language, Mathematics or Personal, Social and Emotional Development (PSED).
By completing this form, you are expressing an interest in receiving tailored support from an EYLL. Support may include observation and modelling, professional discussion, coaching, practical strategies and action planning, depending on the needs and priorities of your setting.
The programme is designed to be supportive, collaborative and developmental. Your EYLL will work alongside you to identify what is working well, explore areas you would like to strengthen and agree realistic next steps that can be embedded into everyday practice.

Early Years Stronger Practice CPD: Expression of Interest (2–4 year olds)
The Early Years Stronger Practice CPD programme provides free, Department for Education-funded professional development for early years practitioners.
CPD is available in:
- Early Language
- Early Maths
- Personal, Social and Emotional Development (PSED)
The programmes are delivered over one academic term through a combination of online learning and live seminars/webinars. The 2–4s CPD is aimed at practitioners who are currently working in an early years setting and are qualified at Level 3 or above.
