Dr Mona Sakr: Joyful Care Routines with Babies

How can you embrace the natural wonder of babies when you are looking after them day to day? How can you bring a more joyful approach to care routines in the baby room? How can you be creative and connected when you're changing a nappy? Or when you're feeding a baby? Or when you're engaging in mealtimes and snack together? Or when you're getting ready for naptime?

In this one hour online workshop, we'll focus on practical ways to bring more joy, creativity and connection to the care routines that are part of the baby room every single day. We’ll explore routines including nappy changing, mealtimes and snacks, sleep routines and pick-up and drop-off routines, developing practical ideas and tips for infusing these everyday practices with more creativity, joy and connection, so that you can create a happier and healthier baby room.
