A series of five online units, group seminars and one in person session will offer you a powerful programme of support to refine and improve practice.
London South EYSPH is recruiting 15 early years settings/practitioners to take part in each cohort of the Professional Development Programmes. Within these attendance numbers, and depending on demand, we may be able to consider up to 2 attendees per setting. The participating settings can be from Bexley, Bromley, Croydon, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark, however they must be willing to travel to attend the face to face sessions. Venue to be confirmed. This is open to PVIs, schools with nursery classes and childminders, as long as they have children aged between 2-4 years. Modules for 0-2's will begin in Summer 2027.
The course content is aimed at early years practitioners at Level 3 and above.
The Professional Development programme comprises of online learning units, plus seminars - at least one of which will be delivered face to face, facilitated by the Early Years Stronger Practice Hub. The seminars will provide opportunities for practitioners to check their understanding, to reflect together on their own practice and they will be equipped with practical ideas and activities to implement in their own settings. The Early Years Learning Leads will support and guide you through the learning module to ensure you get the most out of it .
