Elevating Physical Development through Quality Interactions by Suzanne Taylor

Children benefit from challenge. When educators recognise when to step in and when to let a child persist independently, they strike a crucial balance between safety and growth. This judgment requires attuned emotional support - motivating without over-directing, encouraging without rescuing. Children who experience appropriate levels of risk and challenge develop resilience, confidence, and mastery over their own bodies.
